Exante Diet Porridge Oats - the perfect winter warmer. This generous portion will fill you up whether it's for breakfast, lunch or dinner, which is perfect for eating as part of the VLCD diet. We have recently updated the composition of the Porridge Oats pack, so some of you may find the product less sweet than previously. If you like it sweeter then feel free to add a tablet sweetener or how about some cinnamon for a nice change.
We will be updating the cooking instructions on the porridge packs. This is simply for optimal taste and consistency so if you already like the porridge you don't need to change anything. If you'd like to try the new instructions, here they are:
- Add 200mls of cold water to the packet contents in a bowl
- Stir well to incorporate all the powder
- Place in microwave for 2 mins 30 secs, stopping to stir frequently
- Leave to stand for 1 minute before serving. If a thicker consistency is preferred leave to stand for up to 5 minutes
Use in conjunction with food as a Meal Replacement for weight control or use 3 products per day alone (as directed) as a Total Diet Replacement for weight loss. It is recommended that Total Dietary Replacement is not followed for more than 3 weeks without seeking medical advice. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women and those under the age of 18. Maintain an adequate fluid intake.

FILLING PORRIDGE
I have never been a great lover of porridge, however I needed something warmer and more substantial than the shakes I had been having in the mornings - so I gave these a go and not only were they quite delicious, I found them very filling until it was time to have my afternoon bar - a good way to start the day and also know that you are still on track to stick to your diet!

Porridge
Very tasty, creamy. The powder does take a lot of mixing and I couldn't get as smooth as I would like, but satisfying
