Perfect to enjoy for dinner, the Exante Diet Spaghetti Bolognese is hearty and satisfying, with real pasta pieces for extra bite and a delicious vegetarian bolognese sauce. Use our healthy diet spaghetti bolognese daily as a meal replacement, or consume 4 products per day alone (as directed) for your full daily RDA intake as part of an Exante Diet fast weight-loss meal plan.
To use - Add 180mls of boiling water to the packet contents in a bowl. Stir well to incorporate all the powder. Place in a microwave for 2 minutes, stir and then microwave for a further 2 minutes. Leave for 1 minute before serving.
It is important that products are used as directed and that you maintain an adequate daily fluid intake. For best results add 20 minutes of exercise daily!

4 a day Italian treasure
Hadn't tried the 4 a day variety before so getting a free sample was great. The flavour is traditional and authentic and I didn't even want to add any herbs or spices to the meal. Smaller portion die to being 4 a day programme- but a sure winner for anyone who likes a tasty and filling meal

I tried the spaghetti Bolognese for the first time tonight for my tea, I had to add a little more water as it was cooking as it was getting too dry. When it was cooked I mixed it with 100gms zero noodles, which I had dry fried, I also added some cabbage. It was really nice and with the noodles it made it quite a substantial meal. I would buy this meal again.

Tastier than you'd think!
I was surprised at the quality of this product. After reading reviews I stocked up on items to make it taste better but didn't need them! I was also pleased not to feel hungry, I have tried shakes before and always craved food (I like the activity of eating) but did not on this. I would 100% recommend but be realistic, the taste wasn't the same as my homemade spag bowl but then it wouldn't be as it is a power but the taste is much better than I expected I didn't even add salt or pepper!!

Excellent quality product, well presented, very very easy to make and definitely a good autumn/winter warmer - as once you're in ketosis you can start to feel cold. I have used VLCD products before, both of which offer the Spaghetti Bolognaise option and this is definitely a superior tasting product - with the advantage that Extante is overall much cheaper and quicker to use with a far bigger range!

Really Good
This is one of the best diet foods I have tried. I added a little bit of garlic powder and some dried Italian seasoning and it was really tasty I can highly recommend it

Delicious....
I actually bought this one by mistake. I thought that I was buying the bigger portion size. However this still didn't take away from how yummy this one is. Infact when I am on a fast day it is less calories and I can still have something else on top of this. It is delicious. Totally reccommend this if you like bolognese.

Spag bol heaven
I have bought the spag bol frequently and it just tastes better and better. Its always part of my 4 a day and always will be
