My vitamin-packed lunch
I really like this soup, ideal for my working lunches! It is tasty and I love the bits of vegetables in it, although you can smooth it into a creamy veg soup if you prefer. It is packed with vitamins, so I always have it if I feel a bit down, under the weather or about to fall with a cold.
