Great shake love all the flavours. The only bad thing I disliked was the cookie and cream bar felt that it was dry but other than that I absolutely love the soups in the selection and the water enhancers. The e-book and paper copy is great to always be able to refer back to and check what you can have.

Little goes a long way...

I really like this product and certainly makes drinking the recommended amount of water easier. It is quite concentrated so I don't even add the full amount. I expected it to make the water taste 'flavoured' (as in the waters you get with a 'hint' of taste) but it is similar to cordial in flavour. I have had it in hot water as a night time drink too and love it like that. Going to try the other flavours.

The hardest part of this diet for me is having to drink so much water this water enhancer as made is so much easier and also I think this is one of the best water enhancers I have ever tasted others I've tried have had a weak flavour, not this one I'd buy it even if I wasnt doing the diet.
