The Exante 12 Week Fruity Shakes 5:2 Fasting Pack can be used as a total diet replacement plan or use each product individually as a meal replacement to complement a calorie-controlled diet. Eating three Exante products a day will provide you with 100% of your Recommended Daily Allowance (RDAs). Great products
I love Exante. Lemon cheesecake smoothie is my favourite but i enjoy the taste and convenience from all products and they fill you up. It's easy to follow.

A great find
I have tried many diets over the years but have honestly got to say this is the best I've tried. It's easy to follow it's quick and simple, yet most importantly the shakes taste great and the they keep me filled up. I started to feel less bloated and healthier within only a couple of days. I'm not one for keep weighing myself but I can certainly tell with my clothes.

Fruity shakes
I love the Exante shakes i have lost 3 stone now and i am now 10st7 . I feel great full of energy. My hair is growing as welk as my nails. The only problem i have is if they have not got in stock what you order in the diet packs they fill it with chocolate shakes.mint chocolate, orange chocolate , and CHOCOLATE! its fine if you like chocolate but I DONT ! . Other than that no problems

Great flavours
I purchased a 12 week plan and the flavours are fantastic coconut, blueberry smoothie, orange and pineapple and lemon cheesecake, they all taste great and I am unable to decide which flavour is the best. Other than flavour they are filling and I have lost weight in my first week so pleased all round will definitely be back for more Aa my supplies start to run out : )

Lovely flavours
If you shake these really well you will have a lovely smooth shake, I do not like the chocolate saying that I am not a chocolate lover, The flavours are so tasty , these are so easy to take with you if you have to go out to work . I have lost 7 lbs in a week . Because I enjoy the flavours I so look forward to drinking them .

Summer shakes
Delighted with the special offer price. Think there are too many lemon cheesecake and tropical flavours. Would have been happier to have some banana and strawberry etc. Quality excellent as usual.

surprised
This is my first time trying exante I'm pleasantly surprised, the shakes are really good even made with water which I was a bit dubious of but no they still thick and creamy I'm very impressed. Lemon cheesecake shake is amazing.
