Mix dry ingredients with a spoon. Add 150ml of boiling water to the Porridge Pot approximately 1 cm below the edge of cup. Stir properly then leave to stand for 5 minutes. Stir again and serve.

Porridge yum
I was hesitant at first but I found these great. I never liked porridge but love these. Very filling and will take me round till atleast 1pm.

I love these but they are expensive & very difficult to open compared to other porridge pots.

I absolutely the cinnamon porridge pots they are very tasty as well as convenient. I take one to work every day. I also love the lemon cheesecake shakes they are sweet and tasty. This is probably the easiest diet to do x
