Suggested Use:

To use: Mix with 140ml of cold water in a large microwavable bowl. Microwave for 1 minute (700W). Stir. Microwave for a further 1 minute. Stand for 1 minute before consuming. For other wattages, see manufacturer's manual. Important Information: Use a meal replacement for one or two meals of a daily, energy-restricted diet to contribute to weight loss or to the maintenance of weight after weight loss. Consume as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, maintaining an adequate daily fluid intake.

Runny

I found this product to be runny.I added extra oats to make it thicker.Saying all this,the apple and cinnamon go well together.

Favourite Breakfast

This is my favourite breakfast. It is very sweet and the apples make just a bit tangy. The cinnamon is the perfect spice to bring this all together.

Watery and funny tasting, I don’t recommend at all.

Love this porridge just need a little less water and done in the microwave then it’s perfect could eat it all day

Great flavour

This is my favourite out of the porridges. I put plenty of hot water in it and microwave it a few seconds then leave it for about 10 minutes and it thickens up nicely. I sometimes have it for lunch instead of breakfast as something tasty and comforting to look forward to.

Cold alternative

This is a very tasty porridge. But as it is a thin porridge, on a hot day I just soak the porridge in water for a few hours, which softens the oats, and then I have it as a cold dish, which is a delicious alternative to the usual hot serving.
