Suggested Use:

To use: Mix with 140ml of cold water in a large microwavable bowl. Microwave for 1 minute (700W). Stir. Microwave for a further 1 minute. Stand for 1 minute before consuming. For other wattages, see manufacturer's manual. Important Information: Use a meal replacement for one or two meals of a daily, energy-restricted diet to contribute to weight loss or to the maintenance of weight after weight loss. Consume as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, maintaining an adequate daily fluid intake.

Cold alternative

This is a very tasty porridge. But as it is a thin porridge, on a hot day I just soak the porridge in water for a few hours, which softens the oats, and then I have it as a cold dish, which is a delicious alternative to the usual hot serving.

Ok so generally I'm not a lover of porridge it's usually bland and stodgy BUT these sachets have become a staple for me whilst on the 800 plan now when I mix it I only use 100ml of water rather than the recommended amount as it is just to watery ,but I find with less water it has a great consistency without affecting the flavour .it a deffo must have if only to try for me .

Life these porridge packs , Dan take to work if running late and I usually add a little cinnamon dusting to this so nice

App!e & Cinnamon Porridge

I love this, I mix with cold water and leave to stand a few mins to plump the Apple pieces before microwaving, maybe use a little less water or a teaspoon of ready brek for a few extra cals. Yum 😋

Love it in a different form ;)

This is way too sweet for my tooth, but I love it baked into scone type biscuits. Amazing still warm with cup of tea!

You won’t regret!

By far the most delicious meal replacement I’ve had on here I can’t recommend enough. I like my porridge quite milky anyway so it may not be to everyone’s tastes but just add less water.
