How to use the meal replacement low sugar smoothies?
The Low Sugar Smoothies can be used as part of an exante plan for quick weight loss or as a meal replacement to complement a calorie-controlled diet on our Flexi Plan. Eating three exante products a day will provide you with 100% of your Recommended Daily Allowance (RDAs). All exante meal replacements are enriched with over 22 vitamins and minerals and are high in protein and fibre.
To use, mix with 200ml of cold water, preferably with a whisk or blender. It is important that products are used as directed and that you maintain an adequate daily fluid intake. For best results add 20 minutes of exercise daily.

I love these low sugar shakes. You need to let them sit about two minutes to get smooth and lose that grittiness, then they are perfect. Banana is a great breakfast flavour.
