How to use exante porridge oats?

The exante Porridge Oats can be used as part of an exante diet plan for quick weight loss or as a meal replacement to complement a calorie-controlled diet. All exante meals are enriched with 27 vitamins and minerals and are high in protein and fibre. Eating three exante products a day will provide you with 100% of your EU Recommended Intake (RI) for vitamins and minerals.

Mix the contents of the sachet with 140ml of cold water in a large microwavable bowl. Microwave for 1 minute (700w). Stir well and microwave for a further 1 minute. Stand for 1 minute before consuming. For other wattages, see manufacturer’s manual.

Porridge sachet

I totally love this porridge, quite addictive, I would happily have it every day. It's a bit thin so I put a teaspoon of ready brek in it for a few extra cals, or use a bit less water and leave to stand.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. I’d originally bought the pots on my first order. I decided to buy more but accidentally bought fourteen porridge but didn’t realise I was buying the packets. What a difference 😵😩 The packets are so messy to make up and taste like dish water. I tried using less water each time but it never thickened up so I gave up and the remaining packets have gone in the bin - what a waste of money.


Incredibly sweet, texture like wallpaper paste. Hardly any raw oats in it. I much prefer to make porridge with real oats it's tastier and more filling.


I like this porridge. It's difficult to get the consistency just right but worth the effort. I find it a bit too sweet and serve it with a little rhubarb stewed with sweetener which adds a welcome tartness with little extra fat or carbs.


Love this porridge anytime of day. Nice little warmer in the colder months.

Why change?

This has changed and now every time I put it in microwave it spills over the bowl leaving half my calories on the bowl or base of microwave! Very annoying and the consistency is different. Really runny not the same as it was.


My absolute FAVOURITE. So filling and taste like normal food haha. A must have!
