The exante Red Bean Chilli meal replacement is packed with red kidney beans and sweetcorn and boasts a spicy beef-style flavour, making it a fan-favourite.

To use: Pour the 60g sachet into a microwavable bowl, carefully add 200ml hot water. Heat in microwave 2 1/2 mins high power. Stir then cook for a further 2 1/2 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Important Information: Use a meal replacement for one or two meals of a daily, energy-restricted diet to contribute to weight loss or to the maintenance of weight after weight loss. Consume as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, maintaining an adequate daily fluid intake. Suitable for vegetarians.

Not a chilli but a curry with kidney beans
0 stars as a 'chilli' 4 stars as a curry Was looking forward to having this chilli, put a tiny bit of grated cheese on top but it tastes like a curry, so the cheese did not go well on it at all. Looking at it, the tomato sauce/base is a deep orange not red, so I should have known from the get go. Nice if you're looking to have curry as the herbs/spices are nice and tastes more like a masala.

One of my favourite meal packs
This is easy to make and tasty. s I am a spice addict, I tend to add pepper, chilli and garlic powder. To stretch it out I have it with konjac noodles or konjac rice which add just 10 calories of so.

Not for me!
This tastes ok and even better if you add a bit of salt, pepper and chilli flakes, and I would definitely be able to commit to it but it makes me EXTREMELY gassy! Not very pleasant for those around you to bear! Unfortunately it's just not worth the embarrassment of being gassy!

This item is ok with added spices and a few dry fried onions and mushrooms.. This helps make it a substantial meal.

I joined exante in October and I can honestly say i love all the shakes my fav is mocha frappe lemon cheesecake & cherries & berries ooh and the bean chilli is banging , im loosing weight and very much focused on my journey xx

I cannot get enough of this chilli. It is delicious on its own or paired with rice, cauliflower rice etc. I often add a bit of eatlean cheese to it too. It just a very tasty and filling meal.
