Cooking Instructions

Empty the packet into a bowl and add 160ml (5.4 fl.oz) of warm water. Stir well. Microwave on high for 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir again and microwave for a further 1 minute 30 seconds. Leave to stand for 2-3 minutes before consuming.

Loved this item, made a change from shakes that I usually have. Added some extra chilli's into it.

Tasty!

To be perfectly honest when I served this up I did not have high hopes. I was pleasantly surprised as it was actually very tasty and had all the flavours of a good Chili. I had it with some cauliflower rice and a tbsp of sour cream...almost like the real thing 🤓

Grisly

I really didn't enjoy this, it was the texture I found not nice and a bit grisly, will go by other reviews and leave in water first. I love chilli but I tasted this all night

My favourite savoury one so far

I really like this meal. I make with more water, microwave, add morr, microwave and sometimes add more if really thick still! I think its delicious and flavoursome. Nice amount of spices to i dont even add anything to it when its cooked. Will but more.

I'm getting a little concerned about the claims made by Exante with regards to the hype surrounding Red bean Chilli. It's not packed full of red kidney beans nor sweetcorn. It does however have flecks of a bean and bits of sweetcorn. The taste is quite similar to a chilli con carne sauce. It is very edible, especially if you add extra beans and chilli's to the sauce. It's what it says on the packet, a meal replacement and that's what it does. I've eaten lots of these and with a little imagination, they're not bad at all and for seventy odd pence per meal, who's complaining!?

Very tasty and filling, I add some garlic, and more chilli hot. I can say that after I did not feel hungry.

I enjoy having the Red Bean Chilli as my 'main' meal of the day. It tastes great and is quick and easy to prepare.

Very tasty!

Possibly the best of the meals, slightly spicy but have it as hot as you like with extra spices. I leave it to soak up the water for longer to ensure the beans are soaked, microwave and its done. A great alternative to the milkshakes for an evening meal, and very filling.
