Whilst the pot is sealed shake the dry ingredients gently then open the lid. Add 200 ml of boiling water to approximately 1cm below the top of the pot (or to desired level) and stir until mixed. Stand for 3 minutes, stir again & enjoy! IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Use as a meal replacement for one or two meals of a daily, energy restricted diet to contribute to weight loss or to the maintenance of weight after weight loss. A bit spicy
I ordered some different pot meals to try. The Thai one is nice but a bit spicy for me. Did not like the Mushroom risotto much but loved the bolognese pot. The porridge selection is also good.

Pleasantly surprised
I really like this soup! It has some noodles in it which bulks it out! It's a bit spicy which is really nice ! If I have this for dinner then I add some cooked chicken breast and some sweetcorn and I really enjoy it! Would recommend ☺️

Surprisingly delicious
Was a little skeptical about this but after 3 days of 3 sweet meals a day I was desperate for something savoury and this did not disappoint! Tasted really nice, but of a spicy kick! I found it a little thick and powdery so added extra water and also grilled up some chicken to make into more of a filling compete evening meal.
