This is one of my favourite products x I normally eat golden syrup oat so simple when I’m not dieting but this tastes nicer than that x
My favourite hot meal. Smells just like the real thing and tastes really nice too.
I followed the instructions, but unfortunately it’s more like a hot milky drink with a few oats and golden syrup flavour. Very disappointing. I’ll try again but maybe add 50 mls water. It looks nothing like the photo.
Very watery, nothing like porridge at all, and very sweet (even for me)! Wouldnt recommend at all.
Looks nothing like the pictures and the preparation instructions need a rethink (I'd suggest 100ml of water and cook for longer in the microwave to make it marginally thicker) for some reason this is now supplied in sachets rather than the previous pots which were far more convenient, I think the recipe has also changed - I won't be buying this gloopy mess again! Very disappointed.
what i do with the porridge is make it in to "rice pudding"...i make up a sachet quite thick and stir in a bag of "eat water rice"...its lush and filling and only adds 18 calories to the porridge with no extra carbs or fat...yum
I had hoped this would be like the pots of porridge oats but with a golden syrup flavour (as they are really nice) however this is cloyingly sweet, in fact the amount of sweeteners in it gave me a bit of a headache and I did struggle to finish it. Also it is still very runny even after the preparation instructions are followed. All of the other Exante meals I have tried so far have been really nice but this is not for me!
Had a nice taste but more like flavoured milk with a tiny few oats in it. Nothing like porridge at all.
I had high hopes for this as surely you can’t go wrong with porridge. I added less water than stated and cooked for longer on a more powerful microwave but it still looked undercooked. It’s just a gloopy mess is all that I can say to describe it. It does taste nice and I will eat the other one I’ve had. Needs improving drastically though!
