Empty the packet into a bowl and add 100ml (3.4 fl.oz) of cold water. Stir well and leave to sit for 1 to 3 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan and add a small amount of oil or frylight. Pour your mix into the hot pan and cook over high heat for a minute on each side.

Smells and tastes good but can be a bit dry. Adding some maple syrup is ideal
I got lots of soft, fluffy pancakes from this pack but there is a very weird aftertaste that really lets it down. I much prefer the lemon pancakes as they taste really good!
I made this as per instructions and got 4 decent sized, amazing tasting ACTUAL PANCAKES!!!
Excellent, no aftertaste and not overly sweet. Added 10 percent more water and let the dough rest overnight. Made one pancake on medium heat, covered pan to start for height in pancake. Great tasting both warm and cold.
These are really delicious , a lovely breakfast add some fruit and youre off to a good start . I love these .
Tried these today for pancake day. The mixture smelled lovely. After cooking they didn’t really taste of anything maybe I didn’t cook them probably
Was a bit sceptical of this initially but after tasted it I was quite impressed. It is definitely a great alternative to actual pancakes and tastes almost like them. Was easy to make, initially tried in a bowl and had lumps but poured it into the shaker and was smooth, used the shaker also to pour in to the pan and was perfect. Only 4 stars because toward finishing the portion the taste of the first bit wasn't there, maybe because taste buds were realising it wasn't sugar filled pancakes but nevertheless a great alternative.

Very very easy to make, tasted delicious and a nice change from a shake for lunch. I placed a small spoonful in the pan to ensure the pan was at the right temperature before cooking the rest, and then made the rest of the mixture into one large pancake. Highly recommended, especially if you are craving something sweet at a meal time.
