Empty the packet into a bowl and add 100ml (3.4 fl.oz) of cold water. Stir well and leave to sit for 1 to 3 minutes. Heat a non-stick pan and add a small amount of oil or frylight. Pour your mix into the hot pan and cook over high heat for a minute on each side.

These are in my opinion I've of the best meals on exante. You can make one thick pancake or 3 smaller ones. You can add salt or Franks hot sauce or have it plane ..it can be a different meal every time. Always lovely and filling when eaten with a pint of water.

Thesevwere kinda nice and kinda gross. Had more of a crepe like consistency as opposed to the American style photo.
My first time trying these pancakes and I'm dissappinted to say they have a very horrid chemical taste, even dousing them in actual maple syrup couldn't completely disguise the horrible taste. I am finding a lot of the exante meals have the same bad after taste, sort of bitter.
Another favorite of mine , after a few attempts I am now able to make quite a few pancakes, which I have with fruit and sometimes topped with fat free greek yogurt
Gave 4 stars are these are a bit tricky to cook, they kept sticking to the pan! I used some one kal spray and lowered the heat cooking them for longer then directed and that solved the problem. Taste wise they were a little sweet for me but you got the maple syrup flavour so if you have a sweet tooth then you would enjoy them. It was nice to have something that felt more like a normal breakfast though and it did cook a good number of pancakes.
This was my first time trying these pancakes. I added a bit more water and they were ok. Someone suggested adding fizzy water next time so I will try this. I had mine with bacon and extra maple syrup and liked them. The texture wasn't bad and neither was the taste. Considering this is a calorie controlled diet, I am happy with having an indulgent breakfast!
