So I was sceptical but this is really good. The base mix doesn’t create a dough that you can roll, so I spread it on the greaseproof paper with a spatula then put in the oven. I add extra like cheddar cheese and even a few very thin slices of pepperoni. This really does taste like a treat. Will defo buy again.
Really enjoyed this I added mushrooms and onions. I will order this again
This is great! Good on total solution or man plan if you want to add bits to it like chicken and peppers etc. So easy to make too!
Read previous reviews and was cautious about buying this as people seemed to struggle making it. But it’s so easy - what you have to remember is the base will not be a dough when u make it - it’s like a thick pancake mix - I simply poured it onto greaseproof paper sat on a round pizza tray then spread it out to make a circular shape - cooked it and it looked just like a pizza base - I topped it with the tomato topping and added a sprinkle of grated cheese - would also be good with a touch of garlic or bbq sauce. Pretty tasty and felt like eating a meal !
Honestly wasn’t expecting such an amazing and filling pizza. Easy to make and only took about 20 min prep time.
Great Saturday night treat when the rest of the family are having pizza,. Takes a bit of experimenting to get the base texture right. I added Skinny BBQ Sauce to the sauce and a sprinkle of 50% reduced fat cheese and it was lovely.
Great shakes bars and dinners lovely flavours
I was sceptical about this pizza when ordering it but I thought I'd give it a go (as a big downfall of mine is pizza) and oh my it was good. Really did enjoy this - added some peppers and onions and a bit of Tabasco sauce in the sauce (I like a bit of spice). Felt full afterwards and guilt free. Best product from exante in my eyes. If you are craving a takeaway on weekends ect. I really do recommend this as a guilt free option. Loved it and will definatly buy more.
I am slowly getting used to the flavour of the pizza. The topping is fine, it's the base that isn't great. I have found that the key is to cook it very well so it is crispy. The best way I have found so far is to add less water, than stated on the packet, and roll it out between sheets of clingfilm. It really does make a difference to have something savoury to chew and I will probably buy these again.
Among other things I am a make pizza for a living. The pizza mix will not replace a Pizza. It will however provide something that tastes of pizza and looks like a real meal. I meal find these meal lookalikes so much more satisfying than shakes. I mean who has a shake for a meal? All the senses need to be satisfied . I think the Pizza mix does a good job.
