Mix dry ingredients with a spoon. Add 150ml of boiling water to the Porridge Pot approximately 1 cm below the edge of cup. Stir properly then leave to stand for 5 minutes. Stir again and serve.

Please remove the Sugar and Sweetener! Otherwise I would have given this a 5 Stars!!

These are really handy for late breakfast at work but the sugar replacement is awful tasting and leaves a cooling feeling in your mouth. Please, please, please remove this ingredient (or replace with a healthier choice like Stevia). If I want to add any sweetness shouldn't that be my choice? It would be so much better without Glucose Syrup and Sucralose!!!!!!

Not bad

If you crave something similar to normal food on this diet, the porridge is as close as you can get. It is very sweet so no need to add any sugar, honey etc. It does have a slight aftertaste which is likely the vitamins that have been packed into it. However, it’s great to take to work and it’s something hot and solid to have instead of a shake.

Perfect Porridge

Fantastic, quick and easy porridge oats. Boil up the kettle, turn the pot upside down and give it a good tap. Peel back the lid and sprinkle in a little cinnamon then stir it through with a chopstick - YES a chopstick! - which mixes it really well with no lumps or clumps of unmixed powder. Perfect on a cold day.

Nice creamy porridge. Filling. Need to mix well to declump, but literally done this with a teaspoon stirring a little.
