To use: Mix with 140ml of cold water in a large microwavable bowl. Microwave for 1 minute (700W). Stir. Microwave for a further 1 minute. Stand for 1 minute before consuming. Previously the oats were great, but they changed them from a pot to a packet. I guess they also changed the recipe. They are horrible now.
Bit runny and sweet
This was ok, not amazing but I feel like I've eaten something tasty, it's very runny and sweet. If you use 140ml of water it's more of a soup. So might use half hat amount of water and drink the rest.
It doesn't look like the picture but it is okay
It is quite sweet and tastes of milk powder, which is comforting if you like that sort of taste. It's average compared to the shakes which taste better and feel less powdery in the mouth. Not a total right off, but its not amazing.
Thickens nice after a few minutes. Unfortunarely, it is sickly sweet. I am already struggling with this diet because everything is so sweet. I am having dreams about porrige with nothing in it.

Much Too Sweet
Having read some of the comments about the porridge, I used less water and it looked ok and nicely thick. The taste however is awful, it’s so sweet, and left an aftertaste. I bought a box of 7 but sadly I just won’t be able to stomach the other 6.
I love the porridge, they are definitely one of my go to morning routines. Highly recommend them. All the products I've tried are all lovely and I've not got anything iv found that I don't like yet
It bothers me that the photo for the porridges look so thick and filling. This porridge was extremely runny even after putting less water in than stated to. Has a very floury aftertaste. Ill stick to the shakes for my breaky I think
