Sorry but truly awful, taste terrible. consistency is gluey. Definitely sticking to shakes sorry

very tasty indeed
Im on an 800 cal a day diet at the moment and these pots are super for a 'meal' instead of a shake all the time. I hope they fit in the VLCD regime ok. they are ok on calories. so tasty esepcially the bolognese. Although naturally a small portion it's tasty and very inviting.

All good
I much prefer these meal replacements compared to the packet savoury meals. They are all edible and all taste fine. The Indian and Thai tasted better than the bolognaise if you get a choice.
