To use: Pour the 60g sachet into a microwavable bowl, carefully add 200ml hot water. Heat in microwave 2 1/2 mins high power. Stir then cook for a further 2 1/2 minutes. Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Important Information: Use a meal replacement for one or two meals of a daily, energy-restricted diet to contribute to weight loss or to the maintenance of weight after weight loss. Red Bean Chilli
This is my favourite from the exante hot meals. Deceptively filling. Great on a cold day rather than having a shake for lunch!
It's nice
This is my go to evening meal, I add cauliflower florets and mix it all together. So filling.
Tasty with the right level of spice
I like the taste and texture, although it took a few tries for that to happen. So far, I've found it goes well with konji noodles, green veggies, etc, and it's amazing with the lemon pancakes!
Red bean chilli 🌶
Love the red bean chilli. I add a little bit of chilli sauce and this just adds the little kick

The red bean chilli has a little kick to it very good flavours and leaves you feeling full and is very quick and easy to make.
