Why try this exante Red Currant Porridge Pot?
Porridge lovers, rejoice! Our NEW Red Currant Porridge Pots have arrived. Enjoy the warming and fruity flavours of Red Currant porridge, complete with red currants and our classic blend of vitamins and minerals. Each porridge meal replacement pot is high in protein and fibre. Plus, try our new Chocolate flavour porridge too!

Whilst the pot is sealed shake the dry ingredients gently then open the lid. Add 160ml of boiling water to approximately 1cm below the top of the pot (or to desired level) and stir until mixed. Stand for 5 minutes, stir again & enjoy! IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Substitute two of the main daily meals of an energy restricted diet to contribute to weight loss or one meal for the maintenance of weight after weight loss. Consume as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, maintaining an adequate daily fluid intake. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Suitable for vegetarians.

Berry porridge
I love this berry porridge, it is tasty, filling and it keeps you going till lunchtime. I sometimes have them for lunch too

Red Currant Porridge pots
These are a great product, easy to make, thick consistency when made, good flavour and filling. The pot lids are strong but can be pierced if not careful. This is one of my favourite breakfasts exante do.

Yummy Breakfast
This is a very tasty porridge and you really do feel satisfied after eating, perhaps psychologically because the porridge is in a pot rather than a packet??. Lovely flavour and easy to make up. I would definitely recommend !!

Very sweet
Really nice and tasty - but just overly sweet for me - fruit bits are a nice extra ! Def fills you up!

Red Currant Dentist
It tastes OK, my issue is the red current bits which are like concrete and I bought 6 by mistake. If you have fillings chew carefully or pour the contents into a sive (spelling sorry) and pick the out. The product does not nee the red concrete, filling busters in it. Take them out.
