One of my favourite soups! Nice strong/bold flavour, and one of the most filling soups. I quite like the consistency of it too, would definitely recommend and will buy again!
This wasn't to my taste, it tasted far too sweet and creamy. Very sickly, I couldn't finish it.
Creamy, no aftertaste, only problem is no taste at all. Added more water than indicated, let it rest for several hours or overnight. Added Thai curry paste.
It is excellent. Add a generous splash of fish sauce for a more "authentic" taste. Recommended.
This soup is delicious, creamy and with a little kick. I think it needs at least 300ml water, otherwise it is a bit too thick. I put the equivalent of a couple of tablespoons of cold water in a tall plastic beaker, add the the soup powder, and then pour over almost boiling water in a tall plastic beaker and use an electric hand blender and it always comes out very smooth with no bits stuck to the bottom of the beaker. . If I am having trouble in drinking enough water, I double the quantity of almost boiling water and add a couple of drops of Encona Hot Pepper sauce. It's thinner but still delicious.
This is creamy with a bit of spice and has a nice flavour and it’s vegetarian despite the name. I use a small hand whisk to eliminate any lumps (rubbing the handle between both hands to make it spin back and forth) and I always use around 300mls of liquid otherwise it’s too thick. Sometimes I add a splash of Tabasco for an extra kick. The result is smooth and delicious. Yummy.
I really loved the flavour of this. It was slightly spicy which made it feel a bit different, Slightly hard to mix if you don't have a blender but a really good consistency otherwise. I will use this a lot
Lovely flavour, just the thing to warm you up in chilly weather, and it definitely doesn’t taste like a diet food!!
This soup needs to be watered down for my taste. The first time I tried it I could it was a little cold so I put it in the microwave for a minute. It was warmer but was now the consistency of Pollyfilla. The next time I added another 50ml of water and it was a far better consistency. Doesn’t taste much like any Thai soup I have ever had but it is just about palatable.
