i love this soup its so thick and creamy i make it in a cup and its really filling
Love this soup its so nice good that its got peas in so got some texture
I wasn't impressed the first time I tried this product, didn't taste of much and peas were rock hard. After experimenting with the preparation I've got it sussed. I add a little salt and pepper and 300 ml, not the recommended 200ml of boiling water, then give it a good whisk, let it stand for a few minutes to soften the peas. Then I microwave it for 60-90 secs until it nearly bubbles over the bowl. Leave it to stand a couple of minutes and the result is a delicious, thick and tasty soup. I think a lot of the products need tweaking to suit different tastes, bit this works for me.
I ordered these when i started my exante journey back in april, but I've not got round to trying them until now - when it's colder and i don't automatically reach for a shake. I'm pleasantly surprised and a little disappointed at the same time - this is pretty close to a normal cuppa soup. in fact, it's pretty close to being BETTER than a normal cuppa soup. the texture is really nice, and it tastes really creamy, but unfortunately, no other tastes really come through. I can't really drop a star for that as it's a completely inoffensive winter warmer, lovely for lunch at work in a mug when everyone else is having soup, but just a little underwhelming in terms of veg flavour. I'll keep ordering and keep eating them, but they could do with a little 'boost'!
The Vegetable Soup is one of my favourite products. The only thing with it is the peas are very hard so I tend to leave the soup to 'soak' for a little longer to soften them. Very filling and tasty though.
This is my favourite soup of all those available. It tastes similar to a vegetable cup a soup. It is quite tasty and filling.
This is the first veggy soup i have had with exante. It was absolutely gorgeous. Very creamy and tastey. Better than any veggy soup i have had before. I don't like vegtable soup generally but this one was lovely.Leave it for a few minutes as the peas need a soak. Apart from that you must try it.
I found this soup really nice and filling, and very tasty. I wasn't hungry for hours afterwards. I will definitely order more of these in the future. Yummy!!
I do not have a very sweet tooth so would not be able to manage a diet of only shakes and bars, so I was very glad to see a good selection of savoury products. I enjoyed this soup as my first lunch. I would however !make a couple of recommendations for the future. Use water that is hot not warm, then after mixing leave a few minutes to allow the peas to rehydrate. I didn't and they were like bullets.I also found that by eating it from a bowl, not a mug I felt like I was having a lrger portion.
I don't like vegetable soup generally, but got this in my 7 day taster pack and gave it a go. The soup is ok actually, quite thick and creamy, but I didn't think it tasted like vegetable soup, came across quite 'herby' to me. The peas were too hard to eat though. It was quite filling.
