This is ok just has a powdery taste to it but I liked the bits in it helped to eat

Genuinely love this soup. Even if i came off the diet I would still buy these over everyday 'cup of soups' tastes like a creamy white wine sauce so naturally, i love it!
Flavour is good but I would remove the peas in the soup. They don’t rehydrate much and give a really weird crunchy feeling
Veg Soup 😍
I was sceptical but this vegetable soup is lovely, the trick is to stir fast as soon as the water goes in! Just the right amount for a small bowl or large mug. Love it!
Sweet and creamy
If you’re needing something hot then this is a good soup but I just found it a little on the sweet side. I’m not a fan of creamy soups normally so it’s not surprising that this isn’t for me. I always have one in the cupboard in case I need something warming though!
Added 100g of Alaska Pollock
Eating two meals day and adding pollack increased protein to almost 30g but only adding 65kcal. Vegetable soup and fish were delicious together. Added chilli flakes for heat.
Really nice texture and consistency, the flavour was surprisingly good too. My only fault is that it's not as filling as other of exante's meal replacements, but feels nicely light for a late dinner
Practice makes perfect (almost)
It took a few attempts, but by the third one I had it sussed, for me at least. A little more water, a very long shake and added some finely chopped cooked veg. I used cauliflower. Frozen petit pois work too. Makes a decent filling lunch.
Not too bad
It's okay. A little salty maybe, and the peas in it don't rehydrate very well. Unfortunately, I have 7 to get through in the next three weeks. I might try blending them with some peas to jazz them up a bit.
I was disappointed with the vegetable soup. It isn't terrible but it is on a par with the Chicken and Leek soup, meaning it tastes artificial like a cheap stock cube and it isn't very flavoursome. It is thick and creamy but the four or five dried peas in the soup stay like bullets. I found it better when I added lots of chopped herbs and a small chili and blitzed it with a stick blender. Otherwise you would probably need salt and black pepper. I doubt I'd order it again. For my tastes the Mushroom, Red Thai Chicken, Laska (currently OOS) and Butternut Squash soups are much better.
