Meals
I recommend having the meals as well as shakes. I did this diet a few years ago and lost 2stone in two months. However due to long working and sitting hours in the 2 yrs I put it back on, so now going for it again with a holiday in 4 months and to keep up the exersise once I have lost a bit of excess weight!
