Disgusting
I don't know how people follow this diet but all the shakes and bars are just horrible. It taste like sugar and the consistent is just powdery for the bars and the taste of the shakes, I can't describe it but I didn't like any of this. I wasted my money on this. It also caused me a very bad stomachache. Never again.
