Whisk 2 scoops (55g) with 75ml of water to make a thick batter. Pour into a pre-heated non-stick pan or waffle maker, cook for 3 minutes on medium heat, flip and cook for a further 1 minute before serving.

Good flavour and filling
I was worried about the flavour of these as the plant based shakes weren’t that nice but these arnt bad actually I prefer the chocolate pancakes but the vanilla is also nice. I found making sure they are cooked through helps them taste better as when they are soft in the middle it isn’t great but making sure they are cooked makes them taste better. Also adding a little more water also helps it cook better. Also eating them while they are hot is better when they cook down it’s not as nice aswell

Love love love
Tried pancakes first in the pan they were OK but wanted to try waffles,bought a cheap waffle maker and OMG I absolutely love them, my go to when I fancy cake.
