Whisk 2 scoops (54g) with 100ml of water to make a smooth batter. Pour into a pre-heated non-stick pan or waffle maker, cook for 3 minutes on medium heat, flip and cook for a further 1 minute before serving.

Get this version
Get this version, has flavour, can cook in a normal frying pan. I feel the instructions on the bag are wrong, too thick and drying. I only use one scoop now

Delicious
These are super yummy, soft and almost bread like. Exante should make a savoury version of these as they would make a great bread substitute. These would be great in maintenance with a bit of jam or honey. (Or if savoury with a bit of cheese) My new favourite product.

New favourite breakfast
My first pancake (from the large pack) was 2 scoops powder, 200ml water as per instructions, but it was way too dense and dry for me. Had to cut it into tiny pieces and glug a pint of water, just to get through it. Second attempt was 1 scoop, 150ml water cooked quickly with butter. This (for me) was perfect, light and fluffy and it's going to be my default breakfast.

Lovely!
Exceeded my expectations! Really fluffy and filling, slightly dry but I added zero calorie maple syrup. Managed to get 3 medium sized pancakes out of one serving. Most exante meals portions are tiny so it was nice to have a bigger portion. Would definitely buy this again

Very nice
The mix dissolves well into an easily poured batter and the flavour is a nice but not very strong raspberry. The texture is very dry and not as fluffy as a plain flour pancake and I would recommend consuming with a drink if not having with yoghurt or syrup, but I enjoyed this and will be buying more. I find a half portion with skyr and fruit makes a filling start to the day.
