I am lactose intolerant so have to avoid products with milk as an ingredient. I have ordered the banana bread shakes and love them! Also love the coffee and walnut shakes ... just wish there was more choice on vegan range for lactose intolerance! I am using Exante as I am pre diabetic and need to lose weight. I have lost a stone in 4 weeks... amazing diet Exante.
Really enjoy this shake first thing in the morning. Keeps me going right through until 1-2pm
Wasn't sure at the begining but it grew on me, really like it now I great texture as with all the vegan shakes , thank you guys.
These are the best vegan shakes I have tried the flavour is spot on for banana bread
Despite some of the reviews I really like the texture of these vegan shakes, they're really oaty which I find filling and less grainy than other vegan shakes I have tried. You can make them as thick as you like, based on another review I read on here, I fill my shaker with 250ml of cold water add the shake powder, shake and leave in the fridge for 10 minutes to thicken up. I have only tried the banana bread and chocolate flavours but I like both equally.
Never let it be said that Exante do not cover all bases! If you're embarking on a diet but still want to observe vegan eating then these shakes are the answer. They taste delicious are are actually quite substantial so you really feel like you've had something that will keep you going until the next shake. No measuring, no weighing - what's not to like? The only dilemma you're going to have is which flavour to choose. Banana Bread is wonderful but then I loved the usual Banana shakes but the Blueberry Muffin is spectacular. Who said dieting was boring?
