Cooking Instructions
MICROWAVE: Remove sleeve and pierce film lid in several places. Cook on full power, leave to stand for 1 minute, stir and serve. OVEN: Decant into an oven-proof dish and place in a preheated oven for 20-25minutes, syir and serve.Tray is not suitable for oven heating.

This meal completely took me by surprise. I only ever usually take ready meals when I have no time as they never taste as good as the real deal (and have poor nutritionals with sometimes hidden nasties). Wow were my taste buds shocked when I took my first bite of this Exante Beef Chilli ready meal. Not only is it loaded with beef but it is also busting with flavour. At just less than 400 calories it really helped me manage my portion control (which is usually an issue) at the same time as keeping me full. I'll be buying more of these for definite. Not sure how I'm going to break it to my flatmate that the Exante Beef Chilli beats his home-made one! Would definitely recommend.
