Red berry bars
Hi I have now been on the diet for just over a week I'm finding it really easy. The only issue I have is with the red berry bars I find them too sweet and very sickly and a little disappointed that I was not able to change them for another product. The mint chocolate shake and chocolate shakes do taste a little powdery, Overall I am happy with the diet Kind regards Julie

It's ok...
All the features are good. But you need to make sure the ground is completely flat otherwise the weight won't be 100% accurate. It could do with larger feet for better stability

Scales
Great gift!! Keeping my weight loss on track by checking my weight on a regular basis. I was able to key in my particulars and the scales monitors body fat, bone mass, muscle mass and the body's water content. Its age sensitive too. All really helpful during my quest to become more healthy. I have lost 3st 8ibs to date. I started August last year (2013). I have had breaks from the regime during holidays and Christmas and have found it easy to return to the use of the diet products when the holidays were over. Feel great, looking alot better, this has been the easiest diet that I have ever followed!
