Q: What Exante Diet plan were you on?
A: I was on the Sam Bailey Diet Plan of course. I had fruit and vegetables  alongside meal-replacement products and eventually had healthy meals as well, especially when I started exercising.

Q: What were your favourite Exante Diet products?
A: The Chocolate Shake, the Strawberry Jam Bar and the Strawberry Shake

Q: What did you learn on the plan?
A: I couldn’t believe how much my tastes have changed. I love vegetables now. I eat a lot of fruit, veg and also drink a lot more water. I don’t crave heavy foods or fast foods or even the sweets and treats anymore.

Q: How did your plan fit into your lifestyle?
A: It was so easy – I am always busy and this took the hassle out of shopping, planning and cooking. I even took the shakes and bars all the way to Barbados on holiday. I could use the bars before performing on stage and have the shakes after my Charity bike rides and runs.

Q: What exercise did you do to compliment your plan?
A: I started with 20 minutes of walking when I was on a lower calorie intake and then gradually increased the intensity and length of time as my calorie intake increased.

Q: When did you first notice a difference?
A: I think it was my third weigh-in. I couldn’t believe the difference in just three weeks.

Q: How has your life changed since losing weight?
A: I have more energy, my confidence is up, I feel happier, more at ease with myself. People compliment me on how I look all the time. I could go on and on about how amazing life is, even more than before.

Q: What is your next goal?
A: I want to lose a little more but mainly I want to continue eating healthily, exercising and managing my weight.

Q: Would / have you recommended Exante Diet to a friend?
A: I’ve been telling everyone who would listen!
