What is the 5:2 Diet?
The 5:2 Diet is an intermittent fasting plan. Traditionally, the plan involves 2 ‘fasting’ days which includes restricting your daily calorie intake to 600kcal per day. For the remaining five days you eat within your desired calorie intake. ‘Fast’ on your two ‘fasting’ days of the week using 3 x Exante Diet meal replacements from our very low calorie diet (VLCD) range to lower your calorie intake to around 600 calories.
