How to use Exante Cookies & Cream Shakes
The Cookies & Cream Shake can be used as part of an Exante plan for quick weight loss or as a meal replacement to complement a calorie-controlled diet. Eating three Exante Diet products a day will provide you with 100% of your Recommended Daily Allowance (RDAs). All Exante shakes are enriched with over 27 vitamins and minerals and are high in protein and fibre.
To use, mix with 200ml of cold water.
To use: Add 200ml of cold water to your Exante shaker, add the sachet contents and shake. Important Information: Use a meal replacement for one or two meals of a daily, energy-restricted diet to contribute to weight loss or to the maintenance of weight after weight loss. Consume as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, maintaining an adequate daily fluid intake.

Amazing 🤩
These taste to good to be true I was nervous about the shakes as I have tasted bad ways in the paste but exante by far is the bone of them taste like a diet Shake... this one in particular is great if you have a sweet tooth

Could be Better
The taste to good . But it would be better if it made a thicker shake has i'm always hungry by mid morning. And i have found that slimming shakes that are thicker help me stay fuller for longer.

Not the best flavour but very nice
I like this flavour, it's not my favourite, but I don't leave them until last either. It's smooth and creamy like other flavours I've tried, but it's a little bland in comparison. However, I haven't tried the plain vanilla flavour yet so I it's all relative to other flavours I've tried in fairness.
