Welcome to the NHS type 2 diabetes path to remission. Below is a range of carefully selected and NHS approved products, suitable for the Momenta Diabetes Remission Programme. Please note, this is a limited range. You may see different products in the main exante ordering pages.

If products are out of stock, please choose an alternative, rather than waiting for the product to come back in stock.

Pick 113 products. We suggest you choose mainly Shakes, as these are more filling and will support with hydration. As stock availability will vary, please place your order from the products that are currently available.

1. If ordering for the first time, please select a Shaker Bottle and 112 meal replacements.
2. If not ordering for the first time, select any* 113 products by clicking them below, using the quantity selector to increase or decrease quantity.
3. Once the ‘your Total’ on the left is full, a ‘Next’ button will appear. Click it, review your order in your shopping basket.
4. Enter your voucher code in the box at the bottom of the page, then proceed to checkout – DO NOT add any personal payment details, your voucher code covers 113 items and delivery. If you are asked for payment details you have selected more than 113 items covered on this trial. Please remove the additional items from your basket.
