  • Mix up a 'shot' of Beanies Hazelnut Flavour Instant Coffee (or your favourite Beanies Flavour) with hot water.
  • In a blender, add a handful of ice, 1 Unflavoured Shake sachet and 200ml water, then pour in the coffee and pulse a few times until blended.

  • Nutritional Information (per shake): Calories: 203, Protein: 17.9g, Fibre: 4.3g, Fat: 6.8g, Carbohydrates: 17g

    Cacao & Peanut Butter Smoothie

    Cacao & Peanut Butter Smoothie

  • Add 200ml skimmed milk to a blender, followed by 1 tbsp (7g) Cacao Powder and 1 tbsp (15g) Smooth Peanut Butter. Blend thoroughly.
  • Sprinkle with 1 tsp cinnamon and a pinch of cacao; serve and enjoy!

  • Nutritional Information (per shake): Calories: 390, Protein: 30g, Fibre: 7g, Fat: 16g, Carbohydrates: 31g
    (If you wish to reduce the calories, simply switch the skimmed milk for water.)
