3I loved the meals although the red berry bars are not very appetising so would not recommend them. Apparently you cannot change them once purchased so only purchase one item at a time to make sure you like them as they will not be exchanged which is the usual thing for all food retailers.

GREAT START
5I have been on the VLCD for just one month as I purchased a for week bumper mixed pack and upto now I have lost 2 1/2 stone in a month . I find that shakes bars and soup all great just the tomato and basil is not my favourite. I will keep going and try the meals and hope I can lose another 9 stone

Easy to follow month plan
4I don't doubt that this 4 week pack is the most popular option on Exante, as it's a great, relatively inexpensive introduction to the VLC diet plan. While the bars aren't my fave (I tend to dip them in my morning coffee for extra moisture), some of the products (especially the mushroom soup) that I thought I'd never buy on their own I LOVE, and happily purchase in the box soup bumper pack!

4 Wk mix bumper pack
4I am so pleased with Exante's products ! The 4 Wk mix bumper pack is great, for a new starter you quickly get to know the variety of products, and build on that as you also know your likes and dislikes ... I've been prevouisly on an other VLC diet and Exante's products tast delicious, excellent varieties, and I will not get bored! Well done Exante... Some clever people out there

A Brilliant Bumper Box!
5I am thrilled with the 4 Week Mixed Bumper Pack. It was important for me to have shakes, soups and bars which is why I selected this pack. Of course, I, realistically, expected it to include some flavours I would not enjoy. Wow! What a surprise; I love them all. The soups are delicious! I even look forward to the Tomato and Basil (with a little added fresh basil) which has received some bad press online! The shakes are fantastic as are the bars. When I eat the Double Chocolate bar, it feels like I am cheating! My only criticism would be that the Red Berry bar is very, very berry! It would probably be much better if the berry taste were less exaggerated. I am very pleased that this diet is not only affordable and delicious but also easy to follow: thanks to the awesome flavours. Peta

Good way to start
3Loving the diet so far it seems to be working! Love most of this bumper pack just can't stand the soups! You can't exchange them either so will just have them sitting in my cupord! Tomato and vegetable arnt too bad but the mushroom is gross! I'd start off by picking your own! Love the shakes and bars though!

Fantastic and Easy Peasy
5Due to having done a different VLCD before, I knew what to expect but I was very, very pleasantly surprised at how tasty and likeable the Exante shakes, bars and soups are in the mixed bumper pack. The shakes are creamy and yummy, the bars are tasty and filling and the soups are a welcome warm, very tasty and filling evening meal. I am looking forward to trying the Exante Man Pack next. Three weeks in and I've lost 1 stone. Thank you Exante, from a very happy customer.

Good selection
4Good selection of shakes, bars and soups. Good value. May be better off with the 1 week option if you are not sure what you like - as you have 7 of each type.

excellent product
5I was pleased with my first bumper pack-lost 1 + 1/2 stone and all tastes lovely.I ordered my second a few days before I needed it but it took 10 days to arrive-disastrous for my diet as continuity lost.Be sure to order next pack in plenty of time though my order also coincided with a Groupon promotion, not sure if that had anything to do with it! I have been given 15% discount code compensation
