Amazing!
5I have dieted for the last 7 years with no real results I could never stick a diet. Then 3 weeks ago I started exante and have lost well over a stone! I'm more motivated than iv ever been I truly believe this is the diet for me. 3 shakes a day I don't have to calorie count or worry what I'm eating I can just enjoy my life again!

5Been on this for just over a week now, the hunger is away! The shakes are nice and thick and lovely tasting, double chocolate bar is very nice, not to fussy for the other ones but they are ok, easy to eat. Lost 9 pounds in my first week, looking forward to further weight loss, will defo be buying these again very soon so I have plenty in stock!

almost excellent
4The majority of the shakes are good with a decent variety, however im not very keen on the bars except the chocolate orange one most of them leave a mineral after taste and we need more variety for bars. So far its working im not hungry at all and I've lost 9lbs in my first week so I like those numbers. Almost excellent simply because we should be able to build our own personalised 4week shakes & bars Bumper Pack for the same price .

5I have done many a diet, whether its meal based or shakes, I have tried them all. I have only been on this one a week (unfortunately due to Valentines day, I didn't even stick to it 100%) and I lost 2.5lbs!! I am extremely surprised and happy at this! Its made me feel very positive that even though I 'failed', the days I stuck to it are not forgotten - which can be the case on most other diets! The shakes and bars are quiet nice - I have had a LOT worse! I have the porridge and 'meals' to try this week and I am rather excited about it!! :D Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to loose weight and the flexibility of it, is fantastic!

Great product
5Very easy to stick too. Lovely tasting products. Highly recommend I swopped from the Cambridge diet due to cost and exante products are much flavoursome.

fab product!
5Fab product and really good value compared to other vlcd out there. The bumper packs work out so cheap and they are a real good variety of flavours so you dont get bored having to stick to the same shakes and bars all the time, definately helps you keep on track. I love all the shakes so far....would definately recommend to anyome thinking of joining.

4Recived the shakes and bar pack this week. Very fast delivery and good products. Well except one of the bars . Thats me beeing picky as not all products will be to everyones tast. The products are cheep and work well. What more needs saying.

5So I tried the mixed pack a couple of times but I am a busy girl on the run and can;t always find a microwave, whisk or come to think of it hot water! So this time I have opted for a shakes and bars only bumper pack. Mornings couldn't be easier, 2 shakes, a bar (I love the choc/orange ones!) and a bottle of water and my shaker (which I received free with my first pack and goes everywhere with me!) and I'm sorted! This diet is the easiest I have ever done...no room for manoeuvre , no consulting endless books and charts and pretty much everything tastes really good. I like all the shakes and bars and soups. I'm not so fond of the meals but that's just me and don't let it out you off trying!) I would recommend to anyone..

5found the shakes and soups great and now going to try another oack with meals in. I see someone wanted a coffee flavoured shake nI just add coffe to vanilla it is great
