Shakes and Smoothies
5I've had real success with these. For the first time I've found a diet that works, tastes good and doesn't leave me hungry or obsessed with food. I followed it for 2 months up to Christmas and lost almost 2 stone. I gave it a rest over the holiday and admittedly put a few pounds back on, but started again 10 days ago and have already lost that, and a bit more. In fact, I found it a bit of a pain having to decide what food to eat over the holiday - this is so much easier!

Variety is the Spice of Life
5I got this box to go with a more basic box of flavours that I bought previously. When you're going through six milkshakes a week, the flavours can get a bit predictable. It's nice to mix it up. Now I have two boxes, there's enough variation to keep me interested and motivated. If anything, I'd like to see a box with even more variation, maybe a 60 pack box with 20 flavours in it!

Delicious shakes
5Having tried several other meal replacement plans I gave exante a go as a friend had recently lost 4 St following this plan and was happy and healthily maintaining her goal weight.I have yet to find a flavour I don't like,and it's not nearly as hard as I anticipated.Losing weight and gaining confidence,I would recommend this diet to anybody struggling to get that all important kick start.
