Refreshing..
4Really enjoy this drink with sparkling water in a large wine glass, it is really refreshing and makes a lovely change from coffee or plain water! I use about 1/2 teaspoon in a large glass, prob about 300mls. It can clump together when mixing but I find pouring the water at the same time as adding the powder (you need two hands free for this!!) minimises clumping!!

5This makes a lovely drink,very refreshing I add ice. Great value & I only use half the recommended amount of powder else it to strong for me. It's trial & error to get the right amount for yourself but I would say start with 1 spoonful & add more to taste. I would highly recommend this to anyone in fact I did my sister & she tried mine then ordered the pack of three for herself. I will definitely be stocking up on this. 5***** rating. You have nothing to lose apart from calories. :-)

Great taste!
5Lovely taste. Doesn't melt very well in still water and still has lumps in the glass with sparkling water. But great refreshing drink.

Fantastic with sparkling water
5I got this included with the 6 week pack so was hoping I would like it as I hadn't got anything else except water at that point. It's really good - I have a Sodastream, so I make up a litre of sparkling water with that and add a teaspoon of this dissolved in a little warm water (and usually get drowned in fizz!).

Nice treat
4I went with the other reviews and tried with with one teaspoon. It was lovely, really refreshing and took the ketosis breath away for a while! Would recommend this product.
