Exante is AMAZING
5I have tried several diets but this one really seems to have had the biggest impact on my life. I have lost 2st 4lbs so far in the last 3 months with the 600kcal daily exante plan. I love it, so easy to follow and the foods are delicious. I particularly love the shakes, porridge and chilli. I have even had surplus energy to manage exercise daily which has helped with the weight loss. I mix the week plan with the 5:2 if I know I have meals out with friends so this works really well with my lifestyle. Thank you exante. 11lbs to go to my target weight and I know it will only be a few weeks under this easy plan. Big smiles!!

5i tried the 2 week pack. the i am really pleased with the contents and the taste of the products. i have tried lots of the products now and my favourite is the porridge. there is nothing in the range that i dislike.
