The diet that works!
5I have never been obese, but lately, now that I am getting close to 60 years of age, my weight has been steadily increasing. I have tried cutting down, exercise and lots of silly diets. Then, my son in law, lost an incredible 7 stone on the Exante diet, so I thought it was time to give it a go. I did one two week course and lost 7lb overall. Then I had a break and ate carefully. Now I am back on another 2 week course and have lost another 3lb so far. It may not seem much loss, but for me, it is incredible. I feel so much better in myself, and what I do like about Exante, is that it provides all the nutrition your body needs so I look healthy too. I have recommended this diet to several of my friends on the basis that the diet works, I am not suffering with hunger pangs and I feel good. What more can I say! Thank you Exante. My favourite meals are the porridge, shepherds pie and vegetable soup. I dont like the chocolate milk shake for the christmas pudding shake. The warm foods are definately more satisfying.

Surprisingly yummy
5I was nervous to start this diet because I'm quite a fussy eater but was pleasantly surprised to like almost all of these products. They're easy to prepare and tasty.

2 Week Pack - Ready Meals, Soups & Shakes - NEW
4Have to say I love all the products except the vegetable soup... All the meals are simple to prepare and taste delicious. I only have about 14lbs to lose but had already lost 5lbs in 5 days. Will purchase this product again.

First time
5First time on it and I love it. Shakes yummy. Soups tasty. Easy to follow and I can eat whatever packet I want or feel like as long as I take 3 a day. (On total plan) Lost just under 6lbs in one week and I'm not excessively overweight so I was so pleased to lose this much. Result :) Try it. Great price so nothing to lose x

Excellent Products
4I bought these when they were on offer (Groupon) and I have really liked the products that I was sent. The porridge (the original and apple and cinnamon) is delicious! Filling and not too sweet! Perfect for cold mornings! The Vanilla and Choc shakes again tasted very nice, I had the Vanilla shake cold and that was lovely, I just wish there was more of it! The Choc shake I had as a hot choc and this was very nice :) Warm and felt like a treat! LOVED the Shepherd's Pie, this felt like a 'real meal' and was really tasty! The Veg soup was also very nice. The only thing that I was sent that I didn't like was the Pasta Carbonnara, it was too 'meaty' tasting for me and a bit too salty. An excellent choice of products. Only lost one star as I didn't like the pasta carbonara, but that just personal choice

5I placed my 1st order through groupon but after only a week of this diet iv already re ordered! I honestly feel a million times better than ever on this diet it must be the 100% rda...just simply amazing and easy to follow

4Started the Exante diet 9 days ago at 13 stone, Already weighing in at 15lbs weight loss, amazed by how well I feel, only bought a 2 week pack of ready meals, will be purchasing some more! My only issue was I felt there needed to be more of a mix in the 2 week pack. Over the first few days I tried every packet, then the remainder of the week I ate mostly the ones I liked, now I'm on my second week and eating the ones I wasn't as keen on as my favourites, which has further led my mind to wonder to other foods, still battling the mind over matter, and looking forward to another amazing weight loss on my second week! ❤️

Well impressed!!!
5I have now been using exante products for 7 days without faultering once. The foods are filling and taste delicious. I have weighed in today at 8lbs lighter already so will be continuing into my second week without problems. I have had no side effects so far & can definitely see a change to my figure. Big tip - keep drinking water to help with any desire for other foods. Thank you for giving me the well needed kick up the back side exante :)
