4 week diet plan
4I've found all the food to be delicious, which is not always the case with diet food. I've now been on the diet for just under 2 weeks and can really feel the difference. My clothes are looser but more importantly I'm feeling better in myself, not getting breathless, having a lot more energy too. The only problem is the meal portions are small and take a bit of getting used to when you've been used to eating man size portions, but 2 weeks in I'm getting used to it, and find instead of rushing my food I'm eating it slowly and enjoying it.

Fabulous
5I am on my second week of this diet and I am amazed at how easy it is to follow. I suffer from hypothyroidism so find it very very difficult to lose weight. So far in my first week I lost 4lbs. Not as good as some do but for me that's good. I decided to try the 4 week mixed pack to see what I liked and didn't like. so far I have enjoyed all the meals and shakes, some of the bars I like better than others, but all in all the choice is great so I don't get bored and I have loved all the meals I have had. Delivery was excellent despite it being Easter weekend. So far I am really really pleased with this diet and the service, including the customer service when I have had a question, it has been answered almost immediately.

Diet
1I ordered it hoping to lose weight iv only done it for a week an really stuck to the 3 packets drinking loads of water an herbal tea and was very disappointed that didn't lose any weight at all. During that week I did a bit of exercise but I didn't do it every day as I felt so weak an tired.

5Forgot to say way better than Diet chef which gave me heartburn all the time and half the price and people that work at Diet chef are rude

Love it!
5Absolutely love this mixed variety pack. So much choice and it's perfect to find out which packs you like and which ones youre not so keen on. The bars are absolutely delicious and so are the shakes i've tried. I'm only about 2 weeks in but already noticing a difference and i'm not even hungry anymore. My favourites are the spag bol, honeycomb shake and the Raspberry and White Chocolate Diet Bar.

4 week variety pack
5I have only just started the pack but have been very impressed with the choices supplied and the taste of those tried. I have also been impressed with the customer service and the speedy delivery of my order.

4I have been on the total diet now for a week, some of the hot meals are not really to my taste but on the whole the packs are very good, If I carry on after the three weeks I will order the ones that I like so the previous comment would not be relevant. I bought the variety pack because I had no knowledge of what anything tasted like and thought a mixed pack was the best to show me all the choices. Overall I am very impressed with the meals.

Good Starter
5Great box to start you off as it has a good selection of each type of food. I find that most of the products are great, there are a couple I don't like, but that's going to be the same for everyone, we can't all like everything. All in all a very good value box.

5I only recently tried Exante. I have found the meals very tasty and there's a brilliant variety to choose from. I would very highly recommend!
