Excellent Shakes
5I started using these as 5:2 and have lost 13lb. I now use for breakfast and lunch 2/3 times a week and a healthy evening meal. My weight is now stable and I enjoy treats and normal meals on the other 5 days. Shakes taste lovely. This is the only diet I have managed to stick to

Fast Results - with no side effects
55:2 actually really works, unlike so many other diets, the shake really keep hunger pangs abay, whilst giving you an extra boost of energy. As a full time working mum,previously coming home was a nightmare head ache, dehydration and no energy would lead to unhealthy snacks. These shakes keep you going for ages!

Excellent Shakes
5Well, I thought substituting the shakes was going to mean that I was going to be hungry, but not at all! The shakes are delicious and in fact I prefer them as my breakfast and lunch now as a matter of course. I am not hungry and although it is still early days to see if I have lost any weight (2 weeks) I do feel with a lot more energy. I am guessing all the vitamins and minerals are great in themselves. Can't wait to get some more! Thank you for a great product!

5This is the perfect way for me to follow the 5:2 diet. It makes the whole thing simple and easy for me to follow without too much thought. I love the shakes, they're tasty and so easy to prepare with the shaker bottle.

5Got these shakes on a Groupon offer. I had originally tried lipotrim and was dubious about moving to a different vlcd.. I am delighted I tried exante shakes. They are filling tasty and a great price Highly recommended.

4Bought 8 weeks worth of shakes (6 per week) to use as part of the 5:2 diet on a groupon offer. Arrived within a week. Shaker is high quality with useful measuring lines. The banana and strawberry flavours are lovely, chocolate is nice, and vanilla is ok. Can taste a bit powdery but still nice. Very filling, and losing weight on my low calorie days which is great. Difficult to mix using the metal thing that comes with the shaker, much nicer using a hand blender/whisk
