8 week shaking
5Brought 8 week worth of these delicious shakes. They are helping me to loose weight, taste great and are cheaper then buying food for breakfast, lunch and dinner no real thinking required!

Exante 5:2 Shakes
5Using the shakes for a fasting day of 600kals, so far finding the programme easy to stick to. Most of the flavours are good, coconut being my favourite. Been using for just over 1 week and have lost 4 pounds already, and looking forward to losing more!

I've seen results
4I've used the 5:2 diet for 3 weeks now. I have seen some weight loss so I am very pleased. The packets are easy to use and convenient. If I know I will be out in the day I will take them with me. I have tried intermittent fasting before and had problems but I found as long as I drink enough water I don't get headaches or other issues like mood swings. Flavour: I have not tried them all but this is what I think of the ones I have. Vanilla - creamy and thick, strong vanilla taste Banana and strawberry - both taste like the fruit Cherry and berries - strong cherry flavour Creamy coconut - I found it a bit too sweet Lemon cheesecake - tastes just like a cheesecake Lemon and raspberry - disappointed as neither flavour strong and had a slight after taste. Blueberry - ok but very mild Hazelnut - great praline taste Chocolate - I prefer dark chocolate so I was disappointed by the very mild flavour Chocolate mint - better than the plain chocolate, strong mint. Toffee caramel - more caramel than toffee but tasted good The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the unpredictability of the actual flavour of the shakes compared to what I expected but this is obviously a personal thing.

Not just another Slim Fast
5I was introduced to Exante by a colleague who had lost a lot of weight on the Exante diet before her wedding. I had put a couple of stone on following an extended period of ill health and was struggling to shift it. I won't deny it was hard to to start with. I had to adjust my thinking about food and eating but after just a few days I had settled into a routine and with such a huge and varied range of shakes / meals / bars etc to chose from it didn't take long to work out which I enjoyed most and at what time of the day. There are plenty of offers on if you are on a tight budget like me and so I stock up when I can. The sachets are delivered quickly and I have never had a problem with my orders. Since I lost the weight I needed to I use the diet to maintain or correct my weight as required. I strongly recommended the Exante diet for anyone wanting to loose a lot of weight, correct any weight gained on holiday or simply wanting to introduce balance and nutrition into their daily routine.

Just what I wanted
5I was looking for a meal replacement solution to supplement my current weight-loss regime and the shakes tick every box. * Good selection of flavours that actually don't taste that bad * A nice consistency to the shake once mixed up, decent thickness that add's substance to the drink * I even quite like the shaker bottle as a vigorous shake mixes the drink well One thing I would suggest improvement on is that the shake's are much nicer when mixed with cold water from the fridge as opposed to directly out of the tap and that should be highlighted. Happy with my purchase and will order again once my stock runs low.
