What a colour :)
5Well, this arrived as one of a mystery pack of shakes. The colour is quite amazing and I was guessing at may be blueberries but I see its blackcurrent and elderflower. Its lovely, Extante have the best diet shakes that Ive tried and this is another winner in their stable. I have now lost 2 stone 10 lbs on my extante diet program over 5 months and Ive taken it slow and steady. I am walking at least 2 miles a day because I now have the energy to do it and my knee joints dont ache at all. (I am an older lady :)) And its a joy to try on clothes that look nice on me again. Im currently buying size 12 after squeezing into a 16 previously. I have even dug out my skinny jeans that were stuck in the back of the cupboard 5 years ao. I dont hide under a coat or sit out at dances now - and I feel so much more confident It does require will power but with the extante range (which are very reasonably priced) you can lose that fat :)
