5I find the bars are brilliant for taking with me when I go out. One bar and a bottle of water makes lunch. Tastes good and fills you up as well.

These bars are great ..
5These bars are delic' and filling. They do feel like you have eaten something when you have eaten them, unlike a lot of other 'low calorie' or 'weight controlling' bars (and I hate it when you get given a crumb to eat with a smile and a price tag). Best I've ever found.

choc orange bars
5first tried the choc orange bars in the shake and bars pack and were a firm favorite so ordered box of 50 they are really tasty and filling and would happily eat these diet or no diet! really easy to eat on the go and nobody needs to know you are trying to lose weight.

Extra bars
5The bars are very tasty and were needed when I found out I couldn't replace one flavour of meal that I found completely unable to eat. Disappointed in the after care service but apart from that the meals are great and the bars are delicious. Weight coming off daily and people are saying lovely things.

Choc/orange bar
4On first tasting I found them quite strange tasting. I did some reading and found out the contents of the bars. Each bar/ shake/soup has a proportion of 100% of your RDA of all the vitamins and mineral our body needs so what you may originally taste is those items we usually miss out of our "usual" diet.. Persevere. The taste soon becomes quite simply choc/orange and is a delightful change to the shakes that I generally choose to drink.. I usually have mine for lunch as I find that something to chew satisfies the NEED for chewable food. I love them now. They make up a big part of my meal choices. All I can say is persevere. I have lost 6lbs in 2-3 weeks at 1000 cal a day. with a 5 day holiday in the middle. PERSEVERE PLEASE. IT DOES WORK AND IS VERY SATISFYING
