4Am enjoying most of the food only 2 exceptions , the porridge is awful and also the tomato and basil soup , I'm finding it easier mow on the second week and the weight is coming off so all in all it's a great diet ;)

5My partner brought me this as he was fed up with complaining, all the reviews sounded good so it had to be this one. So far so good the food is lovely, I think the smoothies are my favourite so far and I am sticking to exactly what it tells you to do. (Must admit drinking 2-4 litres of water a day is the hardest part.) I was nervous at the start as I thought I was going to be so hungry but actually it's quite the opposite, sometimes I don't even feel like eating but I know that's not a good idea. I just can't wait for the end result.

4Received the packs the next day after ordering, great selection can't wait to try ones I haven't got to yet.one week in and I am 7lbs down.very happy much easier than other VLCD as the meals make it easier to live a more normal routine.

It works!
5Started this diet as id put on lots of weight after having my daughter that i could not shake. It takes a few days to get into but the food is so tasty and easy to prepare you fall quickly into knew habbits breaking old bad ones. U see results fast while still eating
