Filling curry meal
5I started using Exante on September 2nd, and have lost 23lbs to date. I have always cheated a bit by having my evening Exante meal with either a large salad or plenty of veg, just to satisfy my appetite, and to make me stick to the diet especially now the weather has changed. My favourite meal is Curry, to which I add fresh chopped chilli and additional spices, and also I fry some chopped onions using Fry light and add these to the curry after it's cooked. I serve this with a good size portion of cauliflower rice (just blitz raw cauliflower sprigs in a food processor for up to 10 seconds, till it resembles rice, cover with cling film and cook in the microwave for about 5 mins, and it's also good with Red Bean Chilli). I find this a really low calorie and satisfying meal, and I don't feel that I'm missing out when my husband has a takeaway.

Edible
5This is one of the most edible dishes. It doesn't taste like a normal curry however the flavour is still nice enough to eat without having to try and block out the taste. The flavour doesn't bother me so much as long as they are not disgusting and it helps to lose the weight. I have found though when I follow the ketogenic diet myself, on my own diet plan I lose the weight more effectively. I did try this one due to the fact it was full of the vitamins and minerals I needed.

Tasty
5I enjoyed this meal, it was a nice variation to the other hot meals. I particularly like the Thai flavor, the Thai chicken soup is my favorite too.

Coconut flavour
3I had the Exante Diet Curry for the first time a few nights ago and I think I added too much water, although I followed the instructions. I found the taste to be very coconut-y, which would be great if you like sweet curries, but that said it still had a spicy kick that I liked so will have another go with less water. All the meals are really filling and make a nice change to soup.

4Be ready to have your head blown off! Wicked! It's hot and tasty, full of flavour. Lovely for a change. Highly recommend.
