Great Value Mix
5I found it easiest to stick to an all shake diet, rather than adding in bars and meals so this was great for me, and was also ideal to sample a mix of different flavours.

8lb in the first 4 days
5I lost 8lb in the 1st 4 days. the total plan is so easy to follow, I just have a shake for breakfast a shake for lunch and one for dinner then as an evening treat I have a cup of hot bovril. it couldn't be simpler. the shakes are delicious with a multitude of flavours. the fine balance of sweetness is just right for my palet

8lb in the first 4 days
5in the first 4 days I lost 8lb. the choice of flavours is great and the plan is easy to follow. so far the lemon cheesecake smoothie is my favourite, with just the right amount of sweetness to it.

Simple effective diet
4Most of the shakes are delicious, not a big fan of the lemon cheesecake. It's a very simple system and if I ever need to lose body fat again in future then I will definitely buy more.

4 week supply mixed shakes
5I always enjoy these shakes whether I am dieting or not. They are great for breakfast on the move and will tide you over until lunchtime. I would definitely recommend the shakes. I haven’t tried any other products from Exante yet.

FIRST WEEK DONE
5Having used meal replacements packs before I anticipated that I would have a tough first week. I had also bought a mixed pack of Shakes and wondered how I would get on with the flavours. It's been a dream....no flavour is unpleasant whatsoever. Yes I have my favourites the Lemon Cheesecake and Cookies and Cream to name 2 but I have enjoyed every one so far and am loving the freedom that packs are giving me. They are easy to mix and are smooth and lump free. Packaging easy to open so no struggle or scissors required. My free shaker fits in my bag and hold exactly the right amount of water for making the shake to the optimum consistency. I love the variety of flavours and don't wrinkle my nose at any I pick to have. Shakes have given me a chance to reassess my relationship with food and give me time and energy that were lost. Within 3 days of being on packs my aches began to subside and the heavy eyed morning feeling that sometimes lasted all day decease. First week done and I am in a better frame of mind. Drinking loads more water so hydrated and energised. My intention was for 4 weeks but I am already planning to continue. Why ever would I not. Next stage is to free my wardrobe as the inches drop.

Best protein shakes EVER!
5I have, over the years, used a number of different brands of protein shakes, but have found Exante shakes to be the best in terms of how full they make you feel and how lovely the flavours are. I have a number of different flavours in my package and every one has been lovely. They mix we'll and you don't feel any powdery residue after their shaken up. Very impressed and will continue to use.

Shakes
5Started the shakes this week and very impressed. First shakes ive ever purchased before. Good selection of flavours, some more than others in the box and would be the only slight negative point. Would be good to have an even amount of each flavour. The bottle is great and easy to mix up. So far so good. Looking forward to see the numbets on the scales go down!
